This is my go to place for all things hand tools, power tools, and more! Definition of a great selection for top pro brands! after spending several thousands of dollars here a year. Sometimes even tens of thousands… feel like we as top paying customers, we should see a few changes. Such as; The staff! Maybe some coffee would enlighten them to be more pleasant and approachable when it comes time to needing help finding something or overall just giving more concern over the needs of us contractors and our time the importance sometimes to be in and out is important. Like our leaders in office age has an effect on their ability to be precise with their job. Countless times I have been overcharged, given the wrong part etc. Time to retire…. Which leads me to the time you guys are open. Much like a bank you guys are open at the exact same time we all start work and finish work, how inconvenient is that… making it very difficult to leave work to come in and even harder to make it through rush hour traffic right when I’m off of work. Should you guys literally change your open and close times, and extend them by 1 hour you would see the revenue as a company double if not triple. Being how I know this is why me and contractors alike spend a lot of hour money at places like Home Depot and Lowe’s when we would all rather be spending our dollar on quality tools that are readily available. Wishing I could be there more often even on the weekends when I’m trying to take care of my family and get things done around the house and my busy work week schedule. You guys are open to a very limited amount of time pleas fix this! It isn’t personal it’s just business. Your business and money id like to be giving to you -thanks

On two separate occasions I have sent clients to this location attempting to get items that I know are sold at this location. Both customers came back to me telling me that the employee to which they spoke told them that they do not sell the items that I saw there two days prior and that they should just go to Lowe's or home Depot. I myself went in there to buy a bandsaw blade, and the pain being questioned what brand my saw was was instantly told I needed to go somewhere else to buy a blade that nothing they carried would work for me unwilling to hear any of the modifications that I had made to the brand to make it work properly for the task. The employees seem more interested in closing time than they do in helping any customers do yourself a favor go straight to Lowe's or home Depot these people do not want to help you!

This is now my favorite store in Spokane. Mike was the sales person that helped me pick out a new Jet bandsaw. The service was excellent. Now I have sights on a table saw and wood lathe. If you would rather see what you are getting before you buy, this is the store for you. The store is very well stocked.The crew in shipping & receiving were friendly and very careful loading my new saw. Now if I could only get the saw away from my wife. Thanks Mike & see you soon.

I made a simple call and although they hadn’t started carrying the Luba lawn mower I was looking for yet - Larry’s customer service made me want to start coming here. He said “thanks for calling us my friend, and I appreciate the opportunity”. Places like this don’t exist anymore. Customer service like that is a thing of the past. Glad there’s still a place that values customers close to home.

I'll start with the PROs - they have an excellent selection of some of the better tool brands - Festool; Milwaukee; Dewalt; etc. The cons: the front register staff are - to be kind - unpleasant. Add to that the higher-than-expected prices (I get it - they can't compete with say an Amazon but to not even try to compete with (eg) Home Depot or Lowes?) and you have a mixed bag. You'll likely wind up here because they have some doodad that you're jonesing for *right now* - and will turn a cheek, like I did, to the higher price as a cost of the instant gratification. I wouldn't avoid this store - I would simply shop elsewhere if elsewhere has what I'm looking for.

Wonderful customer service I brought my zero turn in for a tuneup. I was taking it to another shop at the time and that shop ended up Breaking quite a few things and making my engine worse. I will be using this company from now on for all my tuneups.My zero turn is running great and the turnaround time is fantastic.They had to order parts but did not take them long to get the parts and complete the install.Thank you again.
